When God has Other Plans

This has been a really odd year to shake up our routines and our comfort zones. If you are a planner and goal oriented person it has been really tough, because so much changes from day to day. If you are a go with the routine it is just as tough, and isolation has been hard on all of us. It is even a bit of a twinge on a walking trail, when you come up and someone moves out of the way. Washington is talking about a national mask mandate when we walk out the door of home. We want to encourage you with Pastor Clay’s message on Sunday from Proverbs 16:1-4When God Has Other Plans. Listen online or join us Sunday morning at 10 am at church! You’ll be glad you did!

Proverbs 16:1-4 (New American Standard Bible)

Contrast of the Upright and the Wicked

16 The plans of the heart belong to a person,
But the answer of the tongue is from the Lord.
All the ways of a person are clean in his own sight,
But the Lord examines the [a]motives.
3 [b]Commit your works to the Lord,
And your plans will be established.
The Lord has made everything for [c]its own purpose,
Even the wicked for the day of evil.
