We are excited to be able to host Awana clubs at our church!
Awana is a world-wide nonprofit ministry focused on providing Bible-based evangelism and discipleship solutions for ages 2-18.
As the global leader in child and youth discipleship, Awana gives children the opportunity to know, love and serve Jesus, no matter their background.
Awana stands for Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed, which comes from 2 Timothy 2:15: “Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.” This is a very special ministry to children ages four through 8th grade.
Our Awana clubs meeting information:
- Wednesday evening from 6:45-8:15 pm (during the school year ONLY).
- You can sign your child up at any point in the year – just come on Wednesday to the meeting!
An Awana club meeting consists of three different activities:
- Game Time
- Handbook Time
- Council Time
- Each activity is designed to engage your child in learning the Word of God and applying it!
We look forward to seeing you and your children!
